Introducing, the monthly Mindful Running Series! Every third Saturday of the month, starting March 16th.
Run mindfully and learn to run effortlessly, deepen your connection with yourself, with nature, and with others. This three-part Mindful Running Series include an intro meditation, warm up exercises, followed by a 15-20 min period of silent & mindfulness focused runs, cool down exercises and a closing meditation.
This is a group event and we will run at a very easy pace to keep the session easy and light for everyone. Each session we will introduce a new meditation.
March 16: Running with the Breath
May 25: Running with Thoughts
June 15: Running with Sounds
Location: We will meet in beautiful Berlin Tiergarten, in Ahornsteig in front of Brandenburger Tor. The route starts and ends in the same location.

Trails, fauna and flora
Follow the route. Respect all plants and animals, be polite and do not disturb them. Watch out for papers that may fall out of your pockets. There are a lot of garbage cans along the route.
This is a 100% donation based event, open to everyone.
